Questions
All of my creations are meticulously crafted by my own hands right here in the USA. From the initial cut to the final polish, every step of the process is infused with care and attention to detail.
If you're interested in custom work, have questions about any of my products, or want to learn more about the classes I offer, don't hesitate to reach out to me at loraleeartist@gmail.com. I'm always happy to chat and discuss your ideas.
Here are some common questions I receive:
1. How do I order a custom piece?
Ordering a custom piece is as easy as sending me an email with your ideas. Together, we'll collaborate to bring your vision to life within your budget.
2. Why do custom orders take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery?
While most custom orders are completed within a couple of weeks, I give a 4-6 week timeframe to account for any delays in receiving supplies. I source all my materials from US-based companies to ensure quick turnaround times.
3. Do you personally make every item?
Absolutely! Every item in my shop is handcrafted by me, from cutting and hammering to soldering and forging. I take pride in creating each piece from scratch using raw materials, with the exception of chains which I purchase to hang pendants on.
4. How can I support an artist for free?
Your support means the world to me! Besides making a purchase, you can help by sharing my work on social media, pinning your favorite pieces on Pinterest, or simply recommending my shop to friends and family.
As for inspiration, it truly comes from everywhere:
- Movies, especially those with intricate jewelry designs like the ones seen in fantasy films such as The Hobbit.
- Trips to the mountains and moments spent exploring nature's beauty, from creek beds to stargazing in remote locations.
- The books I read, particularly fantasy and historical fiction, which ignite my imagination.
- Love, especially the bond with my mother who serves as a constant muse for my creations. From family tree wall art to delicate jewelry pieces, her support fuels my creativity and drives me to craft meaningful pieces.
Without you sharing, I would not be able to continue
creating like I have been.
You truly are what makes the difference
in this big world full of handmade items.
You are appreciated and because of that, I work extra hard
to create beautiful things for you to share and delight in.
Thank you!
